Take care of your body and be strong.

Why exercise? Exercise helps you look and feel healthier but it isn’t all about weight loss. Your body needs to be treated well. It is meant to move. You need your muscles and bones to be strong to do all you need and want to do. That doesn’t mean you have to run marathons or lift heavy weights if that’s not what you like..simply go on a walk or dance or go bowling. If we aren’t kind to our bodies and treating them well, we can’t give all that we are meant to give. Take care of your body and be strong so you can take care of others...that is being brave.
