CIZE it up...join my Accountability & Motivation Group

Although I cheered in high school, I am not a great dancer but I ENJOY dancing! But when the newest hip hop dance workout launched, I pulled out my inner high school cheerleader self and joined over 1000+ Beachbody Coaches in a Live CIZE workout. It was SOOO much fun!! Here are some pictures of us at the Live workout and a glance at the dance we learned.... After the LIVE CIZE workout, I had the opporutnity to meet Shaun T in person.  It was like being at Disney waiting for the princesses!! I waited for about 20-30 minutes and then had 1 minute to thank Shaun T for a fabulous new workout program and get this quick pic.... I am so excited to learn  new dance  moves...even if I'm not on the "club scene" and out dancing each weekends like I did in college...I'll be ready to break out some of these jams...with confidence... at the next wedding or girls' night!!  The workouts are instant mood boosters, and meant for people who want to workout bu...

Strive for progress...not perfection

This morning while working out, I listened to Chalene Johnson's podcast "The Chalene Show."  Today's subject was "How to be Consistently Consistent." As I completed my 21 Day Fix Extreme Cardio workout, I listened to Chalene speak and had these take aways... 1. Consistency is improving regulary...not being perfect. 2. It's all in your mind.  You must create a postive mindset that you can by eliminating negativity in your head.  Create positive affirmations and state them when negative thoughts arrive. 3. Focus on the feelings you have when you accomplish something.  4. Be accountable...join accoutability groups or get a success partner. 5. Have a plan based on purpose....and write it down!! 6. Be a "lifer" --  Be a lifelong student to continue learning how to be the best mom, wife, professional, etc. 7. Strive for consistency, not perfection...It's ok if your goal is to workout 7 days a week, but you only workout 5 days...lif...

Countdown to CIZE....

Over the last month, I have posted about trying the sneak peak of CIZE through Beachbody On Demand with my Club account.   I am glad that I can do this workout in the comfort of my own home because I am definitely not a good dancer but I ENJOY dancing! The nutrition plan is easy to follow and it uses the portion controlled container system to help you with nailing the portion sizes!  I will help you create your meal plans in the  Launch Group ! I know everyone is so excited and I’m even more excited to tell you that we are 4  days away  from the launch of Beachbody’s newest fitness program!!  Plus the first CIZE support group will begin with prep on July 20th!!! This workout is an instant mood booster, it is meant for people who want to workout but don’t want to feel like they are exercising!  It’s fun and broken down into steps for any “dancer” at any level.  There are no crazy push ups or lifting...its about moving to the bea...
