CIZE it up...join my Accountability & Motivation Group


Although I cheered in high school, I am not a great dancer but I ENJOY dancing! But when the newest hip hop dance workout launched, I pulled out my inner high school cheerleader self and joined over 1000+ Beachbody Coaches in a Live CIZE workout. It was SOOO much fun!! Here are some pictures of us at the Live workout and a glance at the dance we learned....


After the LIVE CIZE workout, I had the opporutnity to meet Shaun T in person.  It was like being at Disney waiting for the princesses!! I waited for about 20-30 minutes and then had 1 minute to thank Shaun T for a fabulous new workout program and get this quick pic....


I am so excited to learn  new dance  moves...even if I'm not on the "club scene" and out dancing each weekends like I did in college...I'll be ready to break out some of these jams...with confidence... at the next wedding or girls' night!! 

The workouts are instant mood boosters, and meant for people who want to workout but don’t want to feel like they are exercising!  It’s fun and broken down into steps for any “dancer” at any level.  There are no crazy push ups or lifting...its about moving to the beat and getting the results!!.
The workouts range from 35-45 minutes and the CIZE Challenge is 4 weeks long .  


In addition to the wokouts, CIZE Challenges focus on meal planning and healthy eating.  The new FIXATE cookbook provides healthy, clean recipes featured with a portion control meal plan incorporating Shakeology as a daily meal or snack.

My Beachbody Journey

A year ago, my friend Lindsay posted a "before and after" picture from her results with 21 Day Fix. I instantly messaged her for info, but then pondered about it for several weeks.before ordering the 21 Day Fix Challenge Pack and joining a Challenge Group.  After the 1st Round of 21 Day Fix, I lost 5 pounds  and after the next 21 days I lost another 5 pounds. People started asking how I was losing all the weight so  I started my own challenge group. 

Over the past 9 months, I have committed myself to my personal fitness and for the past 6 months I have been committed to helping others create and work toward their goals.  Now I am helping others determine if coaching is a fit for them.  I have advanced to a DIamond Beachbody coach for my commitment and am excited to continue this journey with CIZE and the other workout programs that Beachbody offers.

Shakeology No Bake Cookies

Over the weekend, I made Shakeology No Bake Cookies (or balls). I prefer to make these as balls rather than flattening them as cookies.  I've made them with both Chocolate and Vanilla Shakeology and both are good.  Using the Vanilla Shakeology actually creates Peanut Butter Balls...you don't really notice the vanilla...it just mixes in.  My girls and husband prefer the Peanut Butter Balls, but when I am craving chocolate...this is a great option!  The girls love helping with this recipe and it's super easy! Ingredients:  1 cup Chocolate or Vanilla Shakeology 1 cup all-natural peanut butter 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats 1/2 cup raw honey How to Make:  Combine ingredients into a medium bowl, mix well with rubber spatula or by hand. Roll mixture into balls about 1 inch in size. Put into container. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Enjoy cold. Home Workouts brought my Pre-Baby Body & Confidence Back

After having my two girls, I struggled with getting to the gym as its daycare hours didn’t work around my schedule.  The best day for me was Saturday morning and thenI had to gather my iPad, earbuds, towel, diapers, wipes and two girls.  By the time we were buckled into the car, 30 minutes later, someone had to go to the bathroom.  Then once we got to the gym, I did an hour of cardio while watching Mad Men and walked around the equipment trying to recall sessions with a personal trainer years ago.  Then a week later, we did it all over again and during the week, I walked outside a few nights a week.  My eating habits were somewhat healthy, but I finished my daughter’s mac and cheese and nibbled on her pretzels and goldfish during snack time. As a result, I didn't lose weight, I was tired and I was somewhat depressed as I missed the time and luxury of going to the gym before they were born. Almond Joy candy vs. wonder whip

As Halloween approaches, candy options are more and more tempting.  Ok, maybe candy is tempting all year around!!  You want to think those little pieces of chocolate won't affect your weight goals, but they can.  Especially when it's hard to just eat one or two.  Personally, I would much rather have several bites of dessert than just one, so these wonder whip solutions are an amazing alternative to a few pieces of candy!!
