My Tuesday Transformation doesn't show a lot of change, but that was the goal!!! I started CORE DE FORCE 3 weeks ago with the goal to maintain my weight and inches through the Thanksgiving holiday and these pictures show I achieved my goal!! I worked out 19 of 21 days....and those 2 days I didn't workout were good rest days!! Some days I had to cut the workout short because of time restraints but I stuck with my meal plan. Other days I did double workouts since I taught Country Heat LIVE and on those days I ate an extra veggie and fruit container. I haven't been perfect following the meal plan and I DID have several cheats planned and unplanned. I enjoyed pumpkin pie, wine, beer, stuffing, pizza, diet soda and other treats, but all in a moderation!! I created a weekly meal plan to ensure I ate healthy around the cheats!!
