Typically I eat cereal for breakfast but I have decided to find new easy recipes. This is the first one I chose
because it was fast, easy and low in calories. Rather than adding green peppers I used the Southwestern Style egg beaters.
It only took 3-4 minutes to prep and 2 minutes to make! This one is a keeper!
