A new pumpkin spice to welcome the season

We are not ready for the pool to close and choose Halloween costumes, but the time has come. We had an amazing summer and now it's time for the season to change and embrace what's next.

Of course, there are several things to look forward to in the fall. I love sports and the events around them. My husband, two girls and I have been cheering on the Red Sox all summer and are excited for the playoffs and World Series.

Each Saturday, 6-year-old soccer takes over our morning and college football takes over the afternoon. Tailgating with friends for home games and gatherings at someone's house if the game is away. Keeneland horse racing is a highlight in October and this year opening day is on my birthday!! We have several fall festivals on the calendar and then before we know it, Thanksgiving and Christmas will arrive.

But first things first, let's talk about my favorite fall flavor, pumpkin spice.

For a limited time only, starting Monday September 17 in the U.S. and October 11 in Canada, you can order Vegan Pumpkin Spice Shakeology in 14 single-serve packet boxes as a one-time purchase...while supplies last.

Enjoy this favorite taste of fall — without derailing your health and fitness goals.
The rich, creamy vegan shake features notes of pumpkin spice — cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. It’s expected to be incredibly tasty on its own but can be mixed with milk or almond milk for a creamier version, or simply added to your favorite Shakeology recipes.

And best of all, you get to enjoy Pumpkin Spice Shakeology guilt-free, because it has all the nutritional benefits of Shakeology including
a potent blend of protein, probiotics, digestive enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. No need to stop by the coffeehouse for a sugar-loaded calorie bomb this year!

Why Is Pumpkin Spice Shakeology Better?

A pumpkin spice latte has over 380 calories and it has very limited nutritional value. Shakeology, on the other hand, helps you build a foundation of health while also helping you reach your nutrition goals.

Best of all, you can drink Shakeology every day. It’s part of a healthy routine that helps fill any nutritional gaps and properly nourish your body.*

Plus, Pumpkin Spice Shakeology has all the flavors of fall you love so much — warm cinnamon, spicy nutmeg, and ginger — which makes it a no-brainer when you want a sinfully delicious treat without any of the guilt.

Pumpkin Spice Shakeology is also one of the best ways to invest in your health during one of the busiest times of the year.

With kids back in school, work commitments, and the weather getting cooler, Shakeology gives you those crucial nutrients you need to be fueled and ready to take on your day.

And like all Shakeology flavors, Pumpkin Spice Shakeology is the result of thousands of hours of research and formulation, a no-compromise approach, and world-class quality assurance.

So get ready to enjoy your best fall season — and don’t wait to get your Pumpkin Spice Shakeology as soon as it’s available, because it’s sure to sell out!

Where Can You Buy Pumpkin Spice Shakeology?

Pumpkin Spice Vegan Shakeology will be available on September 17, 2018 in the U.S. and on October 11, 2018 in Canada.
• There is no monthly auto-ship option, only a one-time order option. Customers cannot change their monthly subscription flavor to Pumpkin Spice Vegan.

As mentioned, Pumpkin Spice Vegan Shakeology is a limited-edition flavor, so you’ll need to act fast when it goes on sale because once it’s gone, it’s gone! I already ordered mine. Email me if you have any questions or need help placing your order.

Shakeology No Bake Cookies

Over the weekend, I made Shakeology No Bake Cookies (or balls). I prefer to make these as balls rather than flattening them as cookies.  I've made them with both Chocolate and Vanilla Shakeology and both are good.  Using the Vanilla Shakeology actually creates Peanut Butter Balls...you don't really notice the vanilla...it just mixes in.  My girls and husband prefer the Peanut Butter Balls, but when I am craving chocolate...this is a great option!  The girls love helping with this recipe and it's super easy! Ingredients:  1 cup Chocolate or Vanilla Shakeology 1 cup all-natural peanut butter 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats 1/2 cup raw honey How to Make:  Combine ingredients into a medium bowl, mix well with rubber spatula or by hand. Roll mixture into balls about 1 inch in size. Put into container. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Enjoy cold. Home Workouts brought my Pre-Baby Body & Confidence Back

After having my two girls, I struggled with getting to the gym as its daycare hours didn’t work around my schedule.  The best day for me was Saturday morning and thenI had to gather my iPad, earbuds, towel, diapers, wipes and two girls.  By the time we were buckled into the car, 30 minutes later, someone had to go to the bathroom.  Then once we got to the gym, I did an hour of cardio while watching Mad Men and walked around the equipment trying to recall sessions with a personal trainer years ago.  Then a week later, we did it all over again and during the week, I walked outside a few nights a week.  My eating habits were somewhat healthy, but I finished my daughter’s mac and cheese and nibbled on her pretzels and goldfish during snack time. As a result, I didn't lose weight, I was tired and I was somewhat depressed as I missed the time and luxury of going to the gym before they were born. Then a friend posted her results from 21 Day Fix and I asked he...

Almond Joy candy vs. wonder whip

As Halloween approaches, candy options are more and more tempting.  Ok, maybe candy is tempting all year around!!  You want to think those little pieces of chocolate won't affect your weight goals, but they can.  Especially when it's hard to just eat one or two.  Personally, I would much rather have several bites of dessert than just one, so these wonder whip solutions are an amazing alternative to a few pieces of candy!! They are much more filling and satisfying!!  Whip up a bowl today and give your sweet tooth what it wants!!   Thanks to Ilana Muhlstein for sharing this recipe and her registered dietitian knowledge through the 2B Mindset Nutrition program and certified mentorship training!  B oth the Almond Joy candy and wonder whip have 235 calories, but you get a WHOLE cup with the whip rather than just two bites!!  Ingredients:  1 Cup 0-2% Plain Greek Yogurt 1 TBSP unsweetened Shredded Coconut 1 ...
