Miracle Morning Challenge Starts Oct 24

When the alarm goes off in the morning, I get out of bed and turn it off quickly (trying not to wake up Matt).  This isn’t something I’ve always done…I actually had to move the alarm across the room about 9 months ago so that I’d stop hitting snooze and get up earlier.  I haven’t moved it back closer to my bed because the routine has been working so well. Once I’m up, I sometimes consider going back to bed, but 99% of the time I put on my workout clothes and head downstairs.
Maybe you see my posts each morning at 6am and think there is no way you could ever get up so early.  But are you sure?   Have you ever tried to start your day 1 hour earlier?
Two years ago I was “too busy” to get to the gym and didn’t think I could add anything else to my plate.  Then I realized waking up earlier and being productive actually added energy and positivity to my day.  I went from working out once a week to 6-7 days a week for 30 minutes a day.
Are you looking to adjust your weekly routine to increase your confidence and happiness?

If so…you're the person I’m looking for!!!
Why?

Because I want share what I've learned to help YOU!

While I have been getting up for the past 2 years at 5:15 am each weekday morning, I have been listening to the book "The Miracle Morning" for the past week and I'm excited to adjust my morning routine  and take few extra positive steps to make my morning and day even more productive!

It's amazing what an extra 30 minutes or 60 minutes of productive, positive actions can do…not just in the moment but for the entire day ahead. For your FUTURE outlook on LIFE!

But here’s the thing…we can't just snap our fingers and change our routines.

It takes time, commitment and most of all – SUPPORT!

I am forming an accountability group called "The Miracle Morning Challenge" – and it starts October 17.

I want to help you!

Fill out the application below if you would like to be considered for ONE of the FIVE spots!

Home Workouts brought my Pre-Baby Body & Confidence Back

After having my two girls, I struggled with getting to the gym as its daycare hours didn’t work around my schedule.  The best day for me was Saturday morning and thenI had to gather my iPad, earbuds, towel, diapers, wipes and two girls.  By the time we were buckled into the car, 30 minutes later, someone had to go to the bathroom.  Then once we got to the gym, I did an hour of cardio while watching Mad Men and walked around the equipment trying to recall sessions with a personal trainer years ago.  Then a week later, we did it all over again and during the week, I walked outside a few nights a week.  My eating habits were somewhat healthy, but I finished my daughter’s mac and cheese and nibbled on her pretzels and goldfish during snack time. As a result, I didn't lose weight, I was tired and I was somewhat depressed as I missed the time and luxury of going to the gym before they were born. Then a friend posted her results from 21 Day Fix and I asked he...

Shakeology No Bake Cookies

Over the weekend, I made Shakeology No Bake Cookies (or balls). I prefer to make these as balls rather than flattening them as cookies.  I've made them with both Chocolate and Vanilla Shakeology and both are good.  Using the Vanilla Shakeology actually creates Peanut Butter Balls...you don't really notice the vanilla...it just mixes in.  My girls and husband prefer the Peanut Butter Balls, but when I am craving chocolate...this is a great option!  The girls love helping with this recipe and it's super easy! Ingredients:  1 cup Chocolate or Vanilla Shakeology 1 cup all-natural peanut butter 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats 1/2 cup raw honey How to Make:  Combine ingredients into a medium bowl, mix well with rubber spatula or by hand. Roll mixture into balls about 1 inch in size. Put into container. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Enjoy cold. 3 Day Refresh Review...

I decided to take Beachbody's 3 Day Refresh with a goal to lose a few more pounds, eliminate diet soda, and learn about the program, so I couldshare with others. For over a year, I considered the 3 DayRefresh and feared that I couldn't follow the meal plan because it doesn't have meat and limited liquid choices. No caffeine didn't worry me since I went over 1 1/2 years without caffeine...twice (when I was pregnant & nursing my girls)!! However, giving up all diet soda and meat is something VERY difficult for me.  I have been following the 21 Day Fix meal plan for the past year and love it because it allows me to eat 5-6 times a day with very few limitations.  However, I decided it was time for me to take the challenge and grow with the 3 Day Refresh.   Here is a little info and intro to the 3 Day Refresh... This is an overview of the meal plan for the 3 Day Refresh.... Prepping for the 3 Day Refresh:  Prior to beginni...
