No Excuse....Got Things Done Today!

It's been a productive day!! 

From my morning workout to Kroger...I didn't use the rain as an excuse to slow me down!! Instead I used it as a motivator to get things done!

I listened to The 10X Rule and it got me fired up and inspired to not set back and waste the day!! Instead I moved things forward and challenged myself to overcome fears and learn new things..

The online training with my coach, Melanie, provided encouragement and tips for my New Coach Mentorship starting June 5. I have 2 friends ready to start and share their fitness journey and I will guide them to not only complete their program and take their fitness to the next level but also show them how to grow a fitness business by guiding others!! 
Around the house I did more spring cleaning and moved the Barbie house out of my office and upstairs to Caroline's current room. AND I applied for a few jobs before a yummy stir fry and wine dinner! #happynationalwineday

Now I'm putting the finishing touches on birthday invites for Caroline's paw patrol party...and sending them to Walgreen's to print as pictures! I love making designs on Canva.com and then having the invites printed.
It's much cheaper that way!!


Marking things off my list feels good!

You've got to try this!! It's ok if you don't know much or anything about boxing.  Neither do I. I did complete Core de Force, a martial arts inspired program and kickboxing workouts. Birds of Paradise - Chicken Recipe

Growing up, we ate a lot chicken. Chicken and rice. Chicken and salsa. Chicken casserole. I wasn't sure why we ate so much chicken. I thought it was just because my mom was on a Weight Watchers diet.  She would put the chicken in the oven and then go on a walk.  I always wanted to tag along on my bike. Now I understand. Chicken is quick and easy. Chicken is inexpensive. Chicken can be healthy. Now as a mom I also understand, my mom wanted to on on those walks alone...to have some peace and quiet time!
