What's the Difference? 21 Day Fix & 21 Day Fix EXTREME

Differences between the 21 Day Fix & 21 Day Fix EXTREME...

21 Day Fix is for beginner/intermediate fitness levels.  The meal plan follows portion control and healthy/clean eating, but allows for cheat meals and alcohol.  Results vary by how well participants follow the workout schedule & meal plan, but 10-15 pounds is the average weight lost in 21 days!

21 Day Fix EXTREME is for Advanced fitness levels.  Completing 21 Day Fix first is not required, but it is encouraged.  If not 21 Day Fix, participants should already be completing some type of daily workout routine.  The meal plan is based on the 21 Day Fix portion controls and healthy/clean eating, but there are NO cheat meals or alcohol if you follow the plan 100%.  Results vary by participants, but expect to lose weight and inches if you follow the workout schedule and meal plan.  If followed  100% be prepped for Body Competitions and/or to run a marathon!
