PUSH Day 2 | Laying a Foundation with Goals

Are you ready to take time to lay a foundation so you no longer struggle…whether it’s with your weight, nutrition, relationships, finances, work or whatever?? 

You’ll experience less stress, aches and pains and sleepless nights, plus you won’t worry or be as anxious if you have a strong foundation.  

This is why we take the time at the beginning of challenge groups I ask everyone to think about who they are, what they value and set goals.  We also think about your strengths and weaknesses so that you can build a strong foundation for your house, marriage and/or successful balanced life!!

Most people want a quick fix…they try and try and try, but just wing it.  They aren’t willing to slow down and build a solid foundation.  Balance is only possible when you know how the scales should be set for you.  Happiness is knowing you are doing the right things for yourself and the right people.

Did you make a decision that things WILL be different?  Are you ready for change….not for a day or a week but for a lifetime?!?!  Once you decide to succeed and make it your only option, it becomes the ONLY choice! 


Don’t skip ahead….be above average and change your habits to have lifelong success.  
Yes, it will take work, but it will create a success foundation.

Growing up, we ate a lot chicken. Chicken and rice. Chicken and salsa. Chicken casserole. I wasn't sure why we ate so much chicken. I thought it was just because my mom was on a Weight Watchers diet.  She would put the chicken in the oven and then go on a walk.  I always wanted to tag along on my bike. Now I understand.
